Random: I have weird friends.

A few days ago, I went to my best friend's birthday party. I think most of you know I'm a little odd, and I'm okay with being that way. But, what most of you might not realize or believe, is that my friends are weird.


So, here I bring you some photo examples of how strange we actually are. Also, some sort of odd little story.

This was Riley's birthday cake before we frosted it. Pretty, right? I <3 it.

This is pretty much how it looked after we all decorated it.

These horses were actually kind of poetic. They were inside a box. They were normal horses.

This is King Salisbury. He is a unicorn or has a hat or something. 

He rules over the kingdom of Pate (p8). That is a backwards 9 and an 8, for those of you wondering.

The kingdom of Pate is a strange, strange place.

The forests do not contain trees, but huddled clusters of candles.

King Salisbury's scepter is, indeed, a frito twist.

And then a giant set the kingdom of Pate on fire.

The forests of candles quietly stood, their heads adorned with crowns of fire.

The horses were surrounded by writhing flames.

Eventually, the flames dissolved into a hazy smoke.

And so ends the kingdom of Pate.

And, Riley cut the cake. When she had the knife, I told her to make it look like she was crazy. She did a really good job. 

And she is going to kill me for putting that picture up on this blog. Probably with that knife. But oh well.

I have weird friends. I promise.
