So, I just finished Across the Universe. I'm not sure what I want to read next. :(
What better way to decide what book to read next than through a community of readers?!
Here is a picture of the books I need to read. I'd really like it if you could look at the stack and tell me which book you enjoyed most. Just answer it in the little form below. :)
(This picture is awful. I apologize.)
The Hunger Games
If I stay
Need
Wither
Note: This time of year is always very busy for me. Last year, I hadn't really started blogging yet, so I was able to keep myself above the craziness. This year, I am. My blog is slightly inactive due to the holiday craze. Hopefully will return to the regular posting after the new year. :)

How Awesome Bookworm came to be - TAG!
I do remember how I came to the book blogging community. :) Boredom.
I was on youtube because I had nothing better to do. When something popped into my head; bookshelf tour. I knew people on youtube did room tours, but did they do bookshelf tours? Apparently so.
If you type in 'bookshelf tour' you will see something like this:
836 videos? Yeah, this was pretty common. And interesting. I watched a ton of tours and stumbled upon this video:
So I went to the link in the video and found a blog:
And through this blog, I found another:
And another:
And another:
And so on. And I realized that this looked like so much fun. So I started one. :)
And thus, Awesome Bookworm was born:
This post is to pay homage to the people that introduced me to blogging. Now, it's your turn. I'm going to tag a few specific people, but feel free to post a response! Also, please link me in the comments to your post! I'd love to see it.
You do not have to do this if you do not wish to, but it would be awesome if you did. Make sure you tell the people who led you to blogging thanks. Without them, think about all of the things you would have missed out on, all the people you would have never met, all the conversations you never would've had, and all the books you wouldn't have picked up that you ended up loving.
The people I tag:
Katie from Call Me Crazy.
Kare and Dal from Epic Booknerd.
Akasha and Lexus from Hale & Salvatore's Supernatural Must Reads.
Momo from Books Over Boys.

Teaser Tuesday - Across the Universe by Beth Revis
Across The Universe by Beth Revis (Goodreads - Amazon)
Page 302
"For the first time since I woke up, I feel as if this is a place I could learn to love. It's not Earth, not by any stretch of imagination - but I'm seeing art and inventions and life that Earth will never know.
And all this happened while I dreamt nightmares below generations of people's feet. They didn't know about me any more that I knew about them."

This week, I've been counting the days until I get my hands on "Favorite" by Karen McQuestion.
"Angie Favorite was just eleven years old when her mother disappeared, leaving Angie and her brother Jason to be raised by their grandmother while their rock-star father hit the road with his band. Since that day, Angie has gone through the motions of everyday life. She thinks she has everyone fooled — until the summer morning when she’s abducted from a mall parking lot. She narrowly escapes and her attacker, Scott Bittner, is arrested, but the weirdness has just begun. When Angie receives a letter from Scott’s mother, entreating her to meet so that she can apologize for her son’s actions, the girl reluctantly agrees. But it is soon obvious that Scott’s attack wasn’t random at all and that there is more to the strange Mrs. Bittner than meets the eye. In fact, she may hold the key to Angie’s mother’s disappearance. Part thriller, part coming-of-age tale, Favorite is an engrossing young-adult novel from a captivating author. "
This novel will be released on:

"Under the blue-crystal-flecked water, the girl finally jerks out the last of the tubes, and I see little electronic devices attached to the ends. The girl's eyes are wide open, and she's staring straight up at us. Her mouth is open in a perfect circle, sucking in the water."

Songs you should listen to!
This is a list, in alphabetic order(not most favorite to least favorite), of my favorite bands and songs that they sing. :)
*Some of the bands have many, many songs I love. So that this post would not be fifty feet long, I've only included my favorite songs by them/less-commonly known songs.
**Feel free to leave me song recommendations! I love music and would totally love to discover some new stuff!
***If I did not add your favorite song/band on the list, please do not leave a disrespectful comment on the post, such as, "I CANNOT BELIEVE YOU DIDN'T ADD ___ TO THIS! YOU HAVE NO TASTE IN MUSIC!" If you would like to tell me about band/song, leave a comment saying, "You should listen to ___! They're awesome!"
****If you are interested in listening to a song, click the title of the song you would like to listen to. It will link you up to a youtube video of the song.
On to the List! Happy listening!
